Light Contributors

This inclusive experience has been developed by Cushman & Wakefield in conjunction with five generous corporate sponsors - ARA Property, Charter Hall, Stockland, Westpac and Australia Post.

ARA Property Group provides reliable solutions for facilities and infrastructure throughout Australia and New Zealand. Our seven complementary divisions work together to deliver fully integrated turnkey services, products and solutions; from sustainable building services, cleaning and maintenance, to progressive energy management, 24/7 electrical services, access control security systems and fire prevention. As an organisation, the ARA Group is dedicated to creating lasting legacies of support for the communities in which we work and live.

Charter Hall is one of Australia’s leading property groups. We own and manage 336 commercial properties around Australia, including office buildings, supermarket anchored retail centres, and a rapidly growing stable of industrial and logistics assets, on behalf of our institutional, wholesale and retail investors. With an extensive footprint in communities across Australia, it’s important our contribution in those communities is positive and inclusive. We are Australia’s first property company to join the international Pledge 1% philanthropy movement.

The Stockland CARE Foundation was established by Stockland to deliver programs and initiatives that improve the health, wellbeing and education of our communities. Since the Foundation’s inception in 2015, more than $1,000,000 in community contributions has been contributed by Stockland and its partners.

Stockland is one of the largest diversified property groups in Australia and the country’s largest community creator with more than $17.9 billion of real estate assets, including 40 retail town centres, 27 logistics centres and business parks, eight office assets, 56 residential communities and 65 retirement living villages.
